Files drawn to fit your machine
Most cut files give you one size and wish you luck. These come in fit versions, with a cheap calibration kit to show you which one your machine needs.

Hole & fit versions
Fixture tops come in four hole sizes, Ø16.0 to Ø16.3 mm. The calibration kit's slot coupons and 16 mm hole gauge tell you which fit suits your machine.

Clean DXF
1:1 in mm, clean closed polylines and circles, and standard CUT / ETCH / INFO layers. Every file is run through an automatic DXF checker.

A README (PDF and TXT) in every download: every size, the layers, which version to pick, and step-by-step cutting tips.

Nested for AU sheet
Fixture tops come ready-nested on 2400 × 1200 and 3000 × 1500 sheet, so you can get a laser quote straight off the file.

The shop story
Real site gear, drawn by a working boilermaker.
Surkis Fab Files is run by Omer Surkis, a dual-trade fitter and boilermaker (Cert III in Engineering – Welding & Fabrication, MEM30305). He works FIFO in the Pilbara and is based in Calista, WA.
The packs are built around real site and mobile-welding gear: fixtures, fit-up gear and tray setups. The first files are CAD-checked but not yet test cut, so cut a test piece on scrap before you run good plate.
Metric first, sized for Australian plate and sheet, and sold as a one-off purchase. Buy the file once and it's yours to cut.
