Welding table DXF tops

Fixture table tops for the 16 mm system, at 50 mm or 100 mm hole pitch. Both grids are included. Sized and nested for Australian sheet, so you can get a laser quote straight off the file.

Every top comes in four hole files: nom Ø16.0, o0.1 Ø16.1, o0.2 Ø16.2 (default) and o0.3 Ø16.3. Cut the 16 mm hole gauge from the calibration kit first to pick yours.

What's on the plate

  • Etched datum mark at the A1 corner, edge centre ticks and row/column labels (ETCH layer, mark only).
  • Holes at least 25 mm from the edge, grid centred on the plate.
  • R10 outer corners.
  • Origin 0,0 at the lower-left plate corner.

Plate and cutting notes

  • The files are 2D and suit any plate thickness. Typical choices are 6, 10 or 12 mm mild steel.
  • Cut all holes first and the outer profile last, with heat-spread ordering.
  • Fibre laser holds 16 mm holes well in thick plate. On plasma, cut a test hole first; you may need to cut undersize and ream.
  • Flatness comes from the plate you buy, not the file. Ask for levelled plate if it matters.
